ALURUBBER offers the flexibility of traditional rubber linings, since it was created as a smooth profile rubber lining, consisting of a lifter plus a plate. For this reason, it can be installed on any type of mill: discontinuous, continuous or continuous modular. 

In the areas of greatest wear, the ALURUBBER lining is also used in the feed head and in the connection between cylinder and feed head. 

ALURUBBER is characterised by smooth profile rubber pieces in which there are very high density and very high quality alumina cylinders very close to each other. In this way, by covering the pieces of rubber with alumina as much as possible, we have a very hard and completely protected surface. 

In addition, from studies carried out, we have found that the circular shape of the alumina cylinder and its reduced surface area eliminate breaks that could be caused by larger rectangular pieces.
