CSD Spray dryers
The CERTECH CSD spray dryer is proposed in the final phase of powder preparation. With this machine, CERTECH has reached a remarkable milestone in terms of reliability.
The primary objectives we set ourselves in the design phase were:
- focus on energy saving. In actual fact, controlling the internal air flows, the directions of the air flows, and studying the impact of hot air have made it possible to optimise the balance between energy and production as much as possible.
- developing a load-bearing structure with increased strength and decreased weight.
All parts of the spray dryer are fully automatic. It can interface with any system and can be considered a machine for continuous automatic dehydration.
This type of spray dryer is used for all products in the ceramic industry, for the preparation of glazes, kaolin, bentonite, alumina, ferrite, refractories and, more generally, for all inorganic products for which a particle size greater than 100 microns is required.
We can evaluate – on request – transformations, repairs and upgrades of existing spray dryers.
This spray dryer offers a high level of reliability, ensuring consistent results in the powder preparation process.
