It is an automatic system designed for checking of aqueous-based ceramic suspensions (glazes) that need to be diluted and brought to a specific density before being used by any glazing machine (airless pump, glazing head, disc or bell applicator, etc.).

The machine is designed to adapt to the existing equipment in the glazing line, to reduce the customer’s investment as much as possible (thus avoiding the need to buy tanks and other new equipment for the device).

The machine is wheeled to facilitate handling.

Density Check is available in 3 versions:

• Viewer + Water Evo – Reduces glaze density by adding water. The density of the product contained in the tank is kept continuously checked by the electronic densimeter and a specific alarm (both with light signal and by line blocking relay) alerts the operator if the density goes out of the set tolerance range. The density values detected are stored every 10 minutes and kept for 7 days.

• Viewer + Water + Glaze Evo – Reduces glaze density by adding water or increases it by adding glaze taken from the storage tank. Also in this version, the density of the product contained in the tank is continuously checked and if it goes out of the set tolerance range, the operator is alerted. The density values detected are stored every 10 minutes and kept for 7 days.

• Full Density Check – The machine is designed to work completely automatically, from filling the preparation tank with dense glaze, to transferring the glaze at the desired density with the required additives into the feed tank. The glaze is transferred from the preparation tank to the feed tank in the glazing line using high-precision laser level sensors.
