EASY POLAR cooling system
Easy Polar is a direct exchange cooling system able to reduce tile moisture and temperature by up to 15°C before digital decoration with Inkjet machines.
Easy Polar is the most compact machine in its category and requires no additional accessories since it contains everything it needs inside.
The main components of the machine are:
- Structure made of galvanised and powder-coated carbon steel. The part in contact with cold air is covered with special insulating materials on the inside.
- Belts transport the tiles inside the machine.
- Cooling unit integrated to the machine with On/Off compressor.
- Centrifugal type internal air supply fan, made of galvanised steel.
- Axial type condenser cooling external fan.
- Two units, one evaporating and one condensing.
- Air filter made of corrugated synthetic fibre filter material free of electrostatic charge, G2 class.
- Blower hood made of galvanised and painted carbon steel, interposed between the cooling unit and the tile transit area. The special design of the hood ensures blowing on 100% of the surface of the piece, throughout the entire machine.
- Electrical system.
