The Smart Cover Airless System is a device for mobile glazing airless system 1000/1340/1800 4.0 for large sizes, equipped with a STABILITY SYSTEM with high-precision linear guides.
It is a new single-axis or multi-axis latest-generation gate designed to cancel oscillations and vibrations due to the displacement of high-frequency nozzles. The structure, depending on the type of airless desired, has a new design with a double or triple upright in stable and robust stainless steel.
The movement of the dispensers takes place on linear guides with high rigidity and precision.
Main features:
- Coating control – the software for the automatic management of the coating is made according to the speed of the tiles and optimised in order to always obtain the best application of the glaze without inaccuracies.
- Wizard – guided procedure for the creation of recipes, coating able to follow the operator in the various steps simplifying the use of the machine and managing in a few minutes parameters such as weight, movement and intensity of coverage.
