X Generation
Certech’s X Generation series, which includes the Matrix and Galaxy 3P-HP models, represents an advanced solution for the accurate application of ceramic glaze. These systems offer consistent and uniform flows, with abrasion-resistant materials for added durability.
MATRIX
It is a Glaze Coating Head for the application of glaze, engobe, crystal grit and water, completely made of stainless steel. Hardened steel grinding blades.
There is innovative internal coating system of the glaze coating head in patented “abrasion-proof” rubber, so as to eliminate air so creating a perfect coat even with water.
Mounted on a “C” shaped frame for easy and quick installation.
FLUXY STD
It is an Automatic Flow Control System. It allows constant control of the amount of glaze to be applied to the tile, equipped with a visual device to signal any glaze application errors.
By acting on the motor’s RPM, it is possible to adjust the right speed to ensure the quantity of product required, reducing current consumption, rotor unit wear and reducing changes to the physical characteristics of the glaze.
FLUXY AWC
It is an Automatic Weight Control System. It is specific equipment for controlling veil applications. It allows you to manage, in real time, the amount of product applied to the piece, keeping it constant over time. This ensures continuous and repeatable production.
GALAXY 3P-HP
It is a multi-membrane glaze pump built with three-membrane pumping body activated by an internal cam rotor, suitable for eglaze, engobe, grit and fixative. It is complete with 3-head mechanical activation, with piston/diaphragm coupling, with anti-wear valves for product inlet/outlet.
GALAXY 3P-HP MAXI
It is a multi-membrane glaze pump built with three-membrane pumping body activated
