Rotary-reel lump breaker
The RRC 400 Certech Rotary-Reel Lump Breaker is used for crushing clayey raw materials.
Used in different industrial sectors, the machine consists of a sturdy electro-welded body. The body houses two rotors controlled by a transmission for each rotor. The transmission takes place through “motor-pulley-reducer”.
The material which enters from the top downwards is crushed by the action of the rotors, which rotate at a differentiated speed, and exits the lower discharge mouth.
The equipment includes a series of scrapers for cleaning the rotating claws.
