In-Duct Colouring Systems for Porcelain Stoneware
What we propose is a batching system for pigments in suspension for the production of coloured powders in your spray dryer.
This system is suitable for a production up to 20 t/h.
The main advantages of our system are as follows:
- it can be applied to an existing wet grinding system without making changes to the existing building structures
- it does not require the additional installation of coloured powder storage silos and therefore does not require silos loading and weighing systems for coloured powders
- it allows a clear reduction of water pollution due to the fact that instead of colouring the base slip in large tanks, this happens in the piping of the base slip using a mixer
- compared to traditional systems, shades are decreased
- it allows a clear reduction in colour change times
- it is quick to install
- it allows easy handling and high versatility.
