This type of mills places us at the pinnacle of maximum evolution. Modular grinding represents a high-tech development that CERTECH is proud to offer.

Our wet grinding systems for ceramic raw materials differ from those produced by other manufacturers because; by working with closely production managers, laboratory managers and technical managers, we have developed a truly unique system. 

Thanks to a number of technological innovations covered by Italian and international patents, we have been able to achieve various improvements:

• Greater production yield with the same capacity. 
• Significant energy savings during the work phase. 
• No plant constraints that occur with traditional continuous modular mills.

Our modular continuous mills are covered by several patents to guarantee their stand-out technological innovations.

In the Modular Grinding configuration, it becomes easy to control both quality and quantity yields and this allows the customer to optimise production, with considerable advantages in terms of energy savings and reduced operating costs.

In the continuous modular mills of the MCM series, feeding between the mills take place by centrifugal pumps that have been studied and manufactured directly by CERTECH.
